Physical Therapy Evaluation
$135/hour - Initial comprehensive evaluation with PT that includes a detailed history and examination to identify the root cause of your problem. The evaluation session will last approximately 60 minutes up to 75 minutes. In most cases during the evaluation, treatment will also be provided. With your therapist you will come up with a projected treatment plan.
$155/hour - Mobile Concierge
$110/hour - First Responders, Legacy & CF members and all Students
Exercise Prescription Program
$50/hour - Designed for individuals who need specific injury or further recovery programming but who may not need to be seen for ongoing PT treatments. PT will prescribe specific strengthening or mobility programming with videos and written materials for you to complete on your own including follow up either remotely or in person with phase progression. A PT Evaluation is required before exercise prescription program can be designed.

$100/hour or $75/30 minutes
$125/hour or $95/30 minutes - Mobile Concierge
$75/hour or $40/30 minutes - First Responders, CFC and Students

Finish Strong Physical Therapy does not accept health insurance and is a private, fee for service provider.
Depending on your health insurance and type of policy, you may submit a claim directly to them for
reimbursement after services are completed. You will automatically be provided with an invoice (Superbill) that is necessary for you to submit a claim to your insurance company.
It is patients responsibility to understand individual insurance benefits and obtain information ahead of time such as estimate of benefits, any referral necessary or any pre-authorization required.
